JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Design frameworks for a project.
  • Work with industrial and packaging engineers to develop, manufacture, and market a product.
  • Create detailed design documentation.
  • Uses CAD equipment to provide support to engineers by preparing routine layouts, detail drawings, assembly drawings, sketches and diagrams.
  • Has a solid understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with engineering terminology.
  • Utilizes knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials and other physical sciences to complete drawings.
  • Drafts detailed multi-view drawings of machine and products.
  • Design, develop and engineer high quality models using 3D and 2D CAD tools.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or any related course
  • Open to travel and must know how to drive

  • Experience in Industrial Machineries and/or Logistics or Warehousing Systems is preferred.

Knows how to speak in Japanese Language is an advantage

– HMO and Insurance enrollments for new hires
– Bank Account opening for new hires
– Statutory Government enrollments (SSS, Philhealth, BIR
– Monitoring and releasing of HMO Cards.
– Return of HMO cards (resigned employees) to Intellicare.
– Preparing onboarding forms for new hires (P-File related)

Carry out responsibilities in the following functional area:
—-> Time Attendance
—-> Benefits and Compensation (Administrative)
—-> Auditing Medical Reimbursements forms for supporting documents.
—-> Coordinating with employees on the lacking documents of the submitted reimbursement.
—-> Updating the medical reimbursement tracking file.
—-> Processing change in status for employees who got married or had a new child (SSS, Philhealth, BIR, HMO, and Insurance update forms).
—-> Preparation of SSS Maternity/Sickness notification documents.
—-> Handle administrative tasks focusing on but not limited to Statutory Benefits.
—-> Assist in preparation of logistics for Annual Physical Exam and Drug Testing.
—-> Maintain/Scan employee files in the HR filing system.
—-> Filing additional documents to employees P-Files received during tenure of employee(promo letters, regularization letters, etc).
—-> Creation of P-Files for new employees.

– Provide employee services and assisting with the day to day efficient operation of the HR office.
– Coordinating government statutory-related queries to government agencies.
– Help with the implementation of services, policies and programs.
– Coordinate with Government agencies on update/new policies and communicate them to affected employees.
– Monitor compliance of employees to government related mandates.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing onsite service and support to customers. Will be assigned for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of packaging equipment, weighers and associated machines. The individual must be customer focused at all times, must be prepared to work within and as part of a team, be able to interact with colleagues, management at all levels, clients and other trades in a professional and tactful manner, and in doing so present a positive image of the Company.

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the inspection, repair, preventive maintenance and trouble shooting at the customer site.
  • Writing of technical reports, recording any customer complaints and forwarding to the responsible department.
  • Generating order of spare parts when required with customer approval.
  • Installation of modifications when required.
  • Interprets maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams, and repairs equipment, utilizing knowledge of electronics and using standard test instruments and hand tools.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, consistent with client and company expectations and in doing so help to promote the image of the Company.
  • Provide support and co-operation to the management and to colleagues, and be prepared and willing to help and contribute to the success of the company at all times.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Education: Electronic / Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology

Experience: 1 – 2 yrs. (Experience in filed service duties is essential)

Fresh graduates are also welcome
