Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or any related course.
  • Open to travel and must know how to drive.
  • At least 1 – 2 years work-related experience.
  • Experience in Industrial Machineries and/or Logistics or Warehousing Systems is preferred.

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of Food Technology, Chemistry or any related field.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS):

  • Develop new product recipe or match existing competitor products and submit results to General Manager/R&D Manager for evaluation.
  • Sourcing of new raw ingredients equipment or machinery for R&D project.
  • Leads in conceptualizing new products for food exhibits.
  • In-charge of the product development projects initiated by a request from the Sales Department.
  • Prepares sample request by client.
  • Will do researching and improve current products, develop new products and expansion of product ranges to meet the Company’s target within the time frame.
  • Works with outside supplier for alternate ingredients and process that could benefit the product either through quality improvement or cost reduction.
  • Selects and evaluates products from suppliers and work with them regarding trends, product ideas and quality issues.
  • Conducts client production presentation.
  • Facilitates transition of new products from laboratory to production through batch trial run.
  • Analyze current procedures and data and constantly looks for more effective and efficient way of doing things.
  • Prepares prototype product samples for submission to prospective customers for evaluation and approval.
  • Establishes and documents product specifications and process.
  • Works closely with production, purchasing and quality assurance in a team environment.
  • Brief and trains Sales Team about products.

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 yrs previous experience in System Troubleshooting and Maintenance preferably for ODO, SAP, ERP or any related Management Software.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance for any IT related machine and equipment.

  • Conduct quarterly inventory for all IT related machine and equipment.
  • Establishes system by planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC, laptop and server hardware, software, LAN and WAN networks, and operating and system management.
  • Establishes system specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing system infrastructure.
  • Maintains system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks and operating and system management systems; designing and running system load testing; and escalating problems to the vendor.
  • Secures system by developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; establishing and testing disaster recovery policies and procedures; completing back-ups; maintaining documentation.
